Based on my experience, and at least one other person in this thread, the problem isn't with UPS. Sears packs their shipments extremely poorly.

It seems like it was last year around this time that they blew out a bunch of Industrial stuff. Maybe its a season thing to just blow-out/write-down extra inventory. I picked up the cross force wrenches back then for a ridiculous price. They are beautiful wrenches.

I believe this was posted about two weeks ago. I grabbed one myself. It came zippy fast from Cripe. Interestingly, this is a 12-point set but one of the sockets was 6-point. Factory sealed package, so I can't blame Cripe for a factory goof and I can live with it. These are nice sockets.
