The decision between Milwaukee and Dewalt was so tough I chose to get battery platforms in 6V 12V 24V etc in Milwaukee, Dewalt, Bosch, Makita, Festool,Mac Metabo, Delta, Hitachi and Hilti. Im really trying to decide if I want to invest in Snap-On cordless next.

I still have two battery packs from 2006 in use. They do not perform as long as when they were new but its remarkable they still operate.

I have (2) CL 135 split points in Aviation Sets. I got both with the Huot index boxes for $7 each at an estate sale. Both sets are jobber length. One is black oxide steel the other the goldish "Cobalt" bits. There were a few bits missing out of each set but I did not complain when I saw those...

I have the RIDGID brand T-handle tool built specifically for this purpose. It has a clicker style torque setting built in. Use it all the time. It wont get in tight spots though.

Always found the black rubber Craftsman hoses with the stainless hardware to last the longest. I am unsure if they make them anymore or if they are built well anymore.
