I used t5 6 bulbs in a 30x46 area with 16 foot ceilings. Its plenty bright. Bought from e-conolight.com free shipping and included bulbs and whatever plug you want on the end.

Concrete costs here are 100$ a yard. Labor is also $100 a yard. My pole barn took 33 yards. So it was 6600$ to do.

XPS. I used formular 404 3" thick. Actually purchased mine used as well. Came is 2x8 sheets which took a little more work but it was fine in the end. And they came in dirty. But concrete doesnt know the difference.

Ok, I did my searches and didn't find any pictures or info. Putting a vapor barrier under my concrete in a pole barn. I came up all the walls a little to "surround" the concrete. Its laid all inside the space. Now my question is. What do I do with the vapor barrier by my garage door openings...

Guys around here charged about $300-400 for mudding/taping/sanding on a 12x12 room with ceiling. Best money ever spent.
