Thanks and the whole stair issue plagues me. Here is what I was thinking about conceptually. I will have 1400 square of floor space plus the loft but still want stairs strategically placed.

I love it! This is usually the place my garbage cans are and I stack pretty much everything on them when working in the garage. Reminds me of an ironing board. May give a whole new concept to me ironing my clothes!! I need to incorporate this into my new build.

:thumbup: I have these discussions with our 2 boys (15 and 12) all the time. The friends parents drive $50-60k trucks not to mention the gas they **** back and we drive 2 brand new econo box cars which cash was paid for one ($28K).

Please stay away from the Fusion. I owned a 2010 Escape V6 limited AWD and traded it after 2 months. The transmission (same as the Fusion) is horrible and it was slipping after only 2000km's. Google it and you will see the Fusion V6 is plagued with transmission problems...

The new Sonota is smokin' and I love the pearl white. I just bought 2x 2010 Corolla XRS fully loaded with leather and moonroof and we love them.

Just started my vacation :bounce: and am sitting by the pool on wi-fi drinking a beer. If and when any motivation sets in I will wash./wax/detail the2 new cars , clean the exterior walls of the pool, change a burnt light in my Jeep and mow the lawn. :beer:
