Hi Captain14. Yes it was the prehung 32" door with brickmold from HD for $141. For the front overhang I'm using plywood and some of the wood siding I have left over from the back of the garage.

Crappy weather this weekend kept me from doing what I wanted to do, but I did manage to finish the trim on the front of the garage and installed the man door. Door ready for painting..... ....and a few more screws and some touch ups on the trim and its good to go. Garage door is on order and...

Been a little slow over the holiday weekend. We had some nice cookouts and some fire pits(helps get rid of some bad lumber :)We did manage to get a few things done. The overhang is framed in. I picked up some boards for the trim and a new door. Added a coat of primer and its ready for some paint.

LOL. Scary. I think if I would have cut down the tree the garage was leaning on it would have came down with the tree.

Yeah, I was just talking to my neighbor and we decided to put a full length overhang across the front. I like the idea of recessed lighting. Thanks for the idea. I may put them in at a later time but for now I want to install a motion light.

Since the garage is straight and braced. I added some beefy Red Heads. Next task will be the siding on the front of the garage.

We were thinking of putting an overhang across the entire front of the garage. I haven't decided on it yet. I've noticed other garages similar to mine have an overhang. Just wondering why mine doesn't.
