Above 1200 Sq/FT The Warthog Hidey Hole

Just wanted to offer my condolences too. Both of my grandmothers are gone, but I have wonderful memories of both. Those never go away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

One possible remedy for the wheels... you can bore the holes and press in steel inserts. I’ve done this before when I was actually changing/modifying a bolt pattern of a set of wheels. Worked like a charm. They have several different one too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The brake issue you describe makes it sound like the brakes are just out of adjustment. The m/c only moves so much fluid per ‘stroke’ and if that’s not enough fluid to cause the wheel cylinders to put the shoes in contact with the drum it’ll require more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah, gotta love having a tire machine at the house. A 4040 is what I learned on...many moons ago. I bought my tire machine & balancer from a local high school auto shop that was getting new equipment, so I got them for a song. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mike, Are you going (or have you, and I can’t find it) do a build thread on the Jeep? I’m contemplating doing this to my Rubicon and I’d love for it to mirror yours. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Duker’s Barndominium

I’m glad things are going well this time. Transplants are incredible, but so fragile. I’m in medical, and I’ve always been so receptive to the nature of my transplant patients. Just follow all of your docs instructions. ;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mine is done a little like yours as far as ‘portable’. But I put a “receiver hitch” on one wall and mine hooks into that. Works like a champ and I can put it up in the loft when not in use. Same receiver hitch is used for one of my grinders, a vise, and some weirdo clamps I use to hold parts...

    Compressor Plumbing

I did rapidair in my 40’x50’x12’ shop. I did 3/4” down 3 walls with five 3/4” drops, each with 2 quick connections...3 of them have 1/2”x50’ hose reels for air tools. My compressor is 60 gal and 6.5 hp with a beefy V-twin pump. I did a 3/4” s/s flex line from the compressor shutoff valve to the...

40x60 Red Barn Full HVAC Install

I actually have my condensation line plumbed to a 150 gallon collection tank. We use that water on the garden. On a long hot 4-day weekend last August I made about 40 gallons at 76 degrees. I actually filled it up to the overflow a couple of times. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’ve never had a family member go to St Jude’s but we’ve been a contributor for some time as it’s such a great program. Sounds like he’s in great hands and Bob’s right about the invisible guy helping out too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I agree! It was about 247 degrees up at the top of my shop when we were hanging the ductwork. I did most of it at night just to knock it down to 230’ish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
