Just picked up a gedore 4550-20 torque wrench quick question its rated from 15-150 foot pounds. I looked and do these have accuracy ratings similar to snap on, where its 20% limit limit of range, or 20%-100% of range accurate?

Sorry if this has been covered. Been lurking on these forums for a while. How do you guys, the ones overseas, get tools. Do you have tool trucks like we do in the states? Or do you have to order everything and wait for it to be shipped to you.
