Are all Williams sockets USA made? I see wildly varying prices for their sets - with some small sets at $400 and some of their large sets less than $100. It's strange that there doesn't seem to be a Williams website.

I have this pair of nippers. I think they say "Milte West Germany" on them, but I'm not sure of that. Milte appears to be a town in Germany. Anybody know who makes them and what vintage these are? Just curious.
