Just got mine via UPS. It's a complete set in a decent blue pouch. Not the highest quality but for 12 dollars it'll make a great beater set. No bent punches/well packaged. No COO on any of the punches/box/pouch to my eyes.....Maybe someone else can find one. Thanks again to the OP..........!
