Talk me into keeping my DeWalt 18v XRP drill

Yeah I asked myself the same question. Saw the green SO drill on CL basically unused for $200 and it was a wild-hair type purchase. I didn't need it. Shoot, I don't even need the 18v DeWalt to be quite honest....I don't really do much work that requires that much power. Most of my home...

Talk me into keeping my DeWalt 18v XRP drill

I just picked up this Snap On 18v lithium Hammerdrill for $200 on Craiglist. Came with 2 batteries, charger, and green tote bag. Now I'm trying to decide whether or not to keep my DeWalt 18v XRP drill. I'm not a drill expert by any means and mainly use my drills for home improvement projects and...

    German-Hand-Tools

My first order from German Hand Tools (Ash) came in yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. I spoke to Ash on the phone and he took the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me his personal opinions on some items. In the end I ordered 7 NWS pliers/cutters. My order arrived within 2...

Yes, eBay score. Paid $150 after submitting a best offer. It was part of a multi-item order which included the new "Instinct" green handle screwdriver set, triple square set, 1/2" extension set, and 3/8" extension set. I also just picked up a second (near new) set off of CL yesterday...

You'd be surprised. I looked into shipping an Extreme Green Classic 96 from Kentucky to So Cal and it was only $396 UPS Freight. Seems like a lot but if you score a deal from CL on a nice box in the color that you want...$400 isn't all that bad in my opinion.

Sure, the 96 is for sale. Make me an offer if you're serious. It's yours. I'm actually on my way to pick up a second set of those classic green handle screwdrivers that I found on CL for $60....score! :rocker:

 They did have one that was totally boxed up but that one had a two piece handle. This one was a one piece handle and just came "wrapped" as shown.

After seeing the 2 and 3 ton side by side I ended up buying the 2 ton. The 3 ton is silly big and I think over kill for my garage. Thanks!

We already have the suburban but its still under warranty. I'm saying in the future if we decide to buy out the lease and I take over maintenance. Yes I believe their is a slight differenc in lift height between the 2 and 3 ton.
