What do you guys think of this deal? (Snap-on impacts)

That's a great deal. I'm gonna have to beat my dealer up over that price after what he's wanting for a green 1/2 & 3/8 combo right now...

That's a steal. Retail is over $600 here. Laptop + VCDS + a good amp clamp and meter, and it renders that box useless.

Badass! I need that in my life. Junk! Can't tell you how many times I punched the screen of that thing. Sold mine on ebay years ago.

Spare bottle and cap for the Assenmacher ATF filler for a different type of fluid. New hose for same (old one is definitely showing it's age), and another pair of Knipex vice grips.

need a amp meter, gj recomendation wanted

I've used the ES687 for years, and it works great, albeit the opening is a tad bit too small. The 688 is out now, and looks very promising, but quite a bit spendier (~$300). I'm looking to upgrade myself, and debating between that and the Midtronics unit now... Will the Midtronics go down to 1...

lol, yeah, that one is the little one. I still don't think I quite grasp the reality of how big my new one really is, can't wait til it shows up. My doubles/spares are a bit of a sore subject, heh...I've got a 48(?)" mountain cab and a double stack kobalt jobber at home...and then just boxes and...

    Let's see your toolbox.

I mostly just lurk around here...but I have a new box coming this week, so today I took a bunch of pics for reference before everything gets crazy and figured I'd post it up. Bunch of tools not pictured, hence the reason for the new box coming.

    Ball end torx bits/sockets

Yeah...Vw has an IMRC motor nestled extremely tightly underneath the intake manifold, and there is a recall on it so we are replacing about a bajillion of them. The intake mani is plastic, not exactly a whole lot of torque on them. I'll probably end up with the 50mm and cut it down if nothing...

    Ball end torx bits/sockets

Has anyone used/had any luck with them? I'm looking for a STRONG low profile T30 ball end, the shorter the better, in bit form or 1/4" drive. Closest one I've found is made by Wiha, but it's 50mm long. Thanks! Apply the same question to triple squares too while it's somewhat on topic :)
