My friend has a lead on a Southbend heavy 10 in real good shape. Fully restored ways trued everything gone over. With all kinds of tooling. Guy wants $3000 for it because of all the extras and work put into it. Is price way off? Or can he get alot better lathe for the money?

Thanks wamsutta. Will they take a factory extension cord or do i have to use sjo cord? I like the ridgid cords from depot. Tough and stay flexable.

Who makes a decent retractabe extension cord reel that will hold a hundred feet of 12 gauge cord? I have a realcraft for my air line thats been good. Has anybody ever used a airline reel for an extension cord?

Tigmaster thanks for the link to the hose cover. I got it in the mail yesterday. Its some tuff stuff. Its tough to cut with sharp scissors. I havent put it on yet. It should work out nice. Thanks for all the info guys.
