I've used both the Bosch and and the Snap On, both of which belonged to friends of mine. Without a doubt, the Bosch is the better gun. I myself have to settle for my 3/8 impact, a Snap On CT4410A.

I don't care where it's made, as long as it is better than all other ratchets, then I will buy it. I'll take snap on ratchets over matco, Mac, or any other brands any day.

Other than what everyone said about using macro mode, the only thing would add is make sure there is good bright lighting.
