Ok guys i need a dual zone mini spilt heat pump for 640sq ft down stairs and the same upstairs! I think a 18,000 btu upstairs and a 18,000 btus down stairs will work, I built a apartment in my shop. I have looked at all most all them and seen how the prices very, i want one that is not over...

That thing looks big i was going to build a 40x80 then i changed my mind and im going with a 40x100. but man that looks big maybe im going to big.
