I’m believing the discounts are by store at this point from going to 7 different stores. Each store was a different price, with the one being the cheapest that the others matched. I have to return to the one more expensive store today and maybe he will do the price match now.

Hit another store up and got the last 5 at 8.45 as well. Looks like i will have to check more tomorrow and never have to buy oil again.

They had 3 left at 16.95 at my local store.
