Wire brush on a 4inch grinder, sand blast if its beat up and has alot of mill scale on it. Otherwise I use WD-40 and rags on most of mine. Soke it down let it sit a few minutes then wipe it off.

My shop is about 16x18 I love it being small most of the time. I can heat it easily and I clean it up in about an hour. Big shops are nice to have in certain situations but for everyday tinkering and just goofing off I like my small space. I would put doors on those shelves like you said.

No, its all in my head. I did the design on the first one as I went and then just duplicated it four more times. If there is any info you might want just ask I remember most of the measurements.

It has a 20% duty cycle at 88 amps. Duty cycle is rated for how long it can weld out of ten minutes. So you can pull the trigger and weld for 2 minutes at a time at 88 amps which is great if your doing sheet metal work.

I have that same bottom. Bought it new for I think around 750-800 off the truck 10 years ago. I have had good luck with mine. Its only a hobby shop box though. Don't use it daily. Its perfect for my needs.
