I have the Sna europe Low Profile model rated 1.5 ton and branded by Bahco. It has Quick lift function and lifts about 85cm high. The hydraulics look same as the Pittsburgh and Dayton, which indicates that they come from same chinese factory. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/392288222970
