    Looks like swivel locking wrench for vise? And the othe looks like somthing for sewing?

    Yea it has 5 clicks of tension. It almost looks like a scribe of some sort. I got it out of a old toolbox.

    Thank you for the thoughts. It does not have the power of a center punch tho. If it were used on metal it whould wrek the point.
