    What's it worth? For this to go in one lot expect 20-25 cents on the$. You want to farm it out in smaller parcels you can get more but lump sum cash this is all a buyer is usually going to pay. Have fun.

Most plumbers don't have a packer and if you don't compact the sand properly, vibration from compacting for the floor will make the pipe settle unevenly. Anytime there could be a problem created from above , unstable soil below or saturated...
