Usually the finish on the bore of a drilled hole is not great. Especially if there is runout on the spindle or the drill doesn't spin true. And there is usually always a bit of runout on a magdrill. There is decent good enough finish per application, but for a precision size with a "good" finish...

Have the tubing cut and am building one myself. Have been put on hold until I finish moving into my new shop. Will be a 50" throat BIG wheel.

T-handles allens are the one tool I have never ever needed or had a use for. I have a complete set, two infact. I reach for a regular ball end "L" allen wrench evertime before a T wrench. With a ball end allen wrench you can back out or drive in an allen socket fastener with one hand with...
