The small center pin rotates, and can be removed with a allen wrench, the socket is 1/2 inch drive
any ideas.
I joined up some time ago, but didn't come back!! I have some old tools I was working on, but stopped working on projects. So now I'm back. Unfortunately a couple of surgeries, have me stopped cold. Now I can read, and learn.

I have a 8 inch grinder with a wire wheel mounted on it? It vibrates my work table terribly, to the point that things fall off. It's mounted on a prefab metal work table, with a 2 inch butcher block top, with rubber inner tube as a dampener. What can I do to tame the vibrations.
I have a couple of old vises. That I cannot find any information on.
No1 is a "Grand 3" quickcet" Made of Allow steel.
No 2 is a "Erie Tool Works, superior No44" I'll try to post some pictures later.
