Yes, the master bedroom is above the garage. Seems odd that they would install drywall and not insulate the walls (ceiling at a minimum you'd think would be done if there is a living space above it).- TOYSTRY

So I'm in the process of closing on a house in San Diego, CA and I'm assuming that the walls have insulation in them since they are already covered in dry wall.
