I haven't yet found an on-topic thread, and my question may be a bit off topic for this thread I'm reviving, but does anyone on GJ have one of these "portable workstation" top chests like this Extreme Tools chest? I have a sears catalog I was thumbing through this morning and came across it...

Nice! Put a decent propane grill outside and some type of shower/sink/toilet and you have everything you could ever need (well, except maybe a garage to keep your tools and cars in).

Pencil and a piece of paper...and a good computer! I can't tell you how many times I've used both to help me figure out a problem. Oh and on the "a good computer" front...it's useful to gain access to a great tool like GJ! :-)

I used to own a commercial office building. I lost that to the bank when the market crashed. Part of the reason I lost it was that I couldn't get tenants into it like I'd planned before I bought it. So, I'm a bit gun shy. I'd still consider it if I knew I could get enough quality long term...
