I built the exact same as what your doing. I used packed gravel, then 24x24 patio blocks, 16’ 4x4’s on those, then 2x6 treated lumber, 12” on center for the floor. Then sheeted the floor with 5/8” t and g floor sheeting. I don’t have a 1000lbs mower in there, but it sure has not moved in 9 years...

Finally got the truck done. I’m a little stiff today! It’s not done now though cause I’m not really liking the Cali lean it has in the back! Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!

Worked some more on getting the spring swap on my super duty done. Have I ever mentioned how much I love working on my back?! Grinding?! In the gravel?! Should have just taken the box off! Then when I got tired of that, I mounted a set of rigid lights in the stock location in the bumper. Clarence

I re-did my whole house in 2” rigid and used these with a normal deck screw. Worked real good.

hey guys and gals, i am looking to install led deck stair lights, but i would like to control them from my phone, with some kind of app. i also want to be able to dim them. we were at a friends place over the weekend, and sitting across from the deck stairs, the lights were shining in my eyes...

Made some room for the kids bikes so I don’t have to trip all over them. I had to move my compressor to the other side of the garage to do it.

Well, got the navigator done finally. Purrs like a kitten again. Quiet. Then backed it out and in came the next victim. My son wanted to change rear struts so we got that done as well. This working from home thing is getting tiring!!

Yeah I had this happen on my 08 expedition as well. Flattened the cam lobe almost completely. I replaced all valve train stuff on that one including timing chain stuff, and put in a high volume, high pressure ford racing oil pump. Im trying to stay away from doing all that on this one till I...

Found out I needed a few more parts for the navigator. A few of the rollers are on their way out. Same thing I had to do to my expedition. Glad I caught it before too much damage was done to the cam.

Well, my navigator was supposed to come in for air suspension removal and new springs put in, but Friday it decided to have a broken valve spring! So it’s in the garage for that, and while it’s down, me and the son changed the air shocks out to the coil overs. Haven’t had a chance to drive it...

Hopefully I don’t have problems. I’ve heard good reviews about the spring conversion, but a little stiffer ride. I’m keeping all the air stuff for the future if I want it back.

Front 4wd actuators on the navigator. Had no 4wd out on the ice yesterday. Passenger side bellows is leaking bad. Won’t hold vacuum. I also ordered the airbag delete kit from Arnott suspension , so that will be the next job in the garage !!

More work on the sons car. Now we are on to a **** blaster sub box. You know, to drown out the fart can exhaust!! After the work, the play!!

Did some sound deadening on the sons car after a previous owner hacked the speaker install. It’s been a revolving door in my garage with vehicles coming in and out!!

I have my welding bench, 5’ x 36”, on castors. These are the ones I used. About the only nuisance is it rocking a bit when I hacksaw something.

Kinda got it working now!

decided we needed more light in the kitchen, and the wife wanted to clean up the area. there was a window over the sink, but we had to close it up for future renovations. it was way too dark now! so I enlisted the help of some bubbly, and the kids.
