Finally finished installing the **** blaster in my son’s megacab dodge. Sounds pretty damn good for 2 shallow subs. But sending them tons of power helps!! Just need to get some carpet.

Ah yes. Looks familiar….. Changed rear brakes on the son’s dodge today. Caliper pin seized and took out the back side pad right to the metal and then took half the rotor off!! He said he didn’t hear anything. Right……

Not too much today. Just put one board up. 119 boards left to go!! It’s a little more brown than I wanted. But I’ll also experiment on other boards as I go. Not trying to make them match.

In tea bags. Maybe a dumb question, but I have never seen coffee in bags. But also never looked.

Like how? Make strong coffee and use it instead of vinegar? Or put coffee grounds in the vinegar?

Another test section. This is my vinegar, tea bags and steel wool mix. I think I like it better. The first test area is too blue. Looks fake. Like I tried too hard! 😂 If I can get to a middle ground, I’ll go with that. More testing required…..

First test stain. This is the varathane weathered grey stuff. I have a mixture or steel wool, vinegar and tea bags marinating to try tomorrow. I don’t mind this finish.
