All items are shipped and sold from Amazon.jp. What is odd is I'll get one of two of the same items. Box was ripped, so maybe some items fell out. Including my KTC ratchet!

Just wondering, as this has happened almost every time from Amazon.jp. By the time my box hits my door in the US it is always missing items. Does anyone else have this issue? Today my box was missing 10 things!

I just returned the Proto. The hole was far too small. Liked the idea but I’ll end up getting a pass through for those jobs that you need to use an Allan in the bolt.

Broke this two or so weeks ago (first replacement shipped to an old address). The issue was using the security vs a solid one. Just too weak with the hollow center for an impact. That was my fault. We sure id add some anti seize, just glad nothing stripped.

Nothing to exciting but my replacement T30 Security bit showed up yesterday. Capri was great with the warranty, I shouldn't have used the security on an impact, it snapped right away. Then moved to a regular T30 w/out issues. This was to take out a screw on GMC 1500 rotor. Have to shout...

They are indexed a bit differently (I don’t even notice till the post). They look worse in the picture. I could have took more time to line up the logos. In person they are much closer.

Lesson learned for sure. Not bad tools just not great for the price. I for sure could have spent the money better. But I’ll do my best to get the money out of them!

Order in from Deen Tools, I was not aware when ordering that they are not Japanese made tool. A bit of a letdown for sure, had I known that I might not have ordered. That is 100% on me. Looking forward to seeing how I like these roto head ratchets. I got two that are 3/8 in a 1/4 body.
