I’m ok with that lol. I wish I could get away with this for 500k! Welcome to California, where sewer hookup at this location is 120k just for the extension of the public utility and they don’t permit septics. Then we got the rest of the utilities/well which is about 100k, permits for everything...

Had to be walled up to appease the county ordnance. The inspector said if there is a door, the loft over the garage counts as living space and makes us go above what we were permitted for. No door makes it storage for the garage. We left the header so we can open it up later on if we want...
