The acme site is not crystal clear, not sure what kit the free m18 battery comes with...

i bought the M18 drill/driver kit at Home Depot. They matched the CPO 20 bucks off and then took 10% off the kit (their policy to beat a competitor), bringing it to 160. Pretty happy with the 2 tools and batteries at that price.

I bought it at hd last week. They had the rolling stand or the regular sliding. I am tight on space so went with the rolling. It is an awesome saw, a little jumpier than my makita but that seems to be a quick adjustment. I opened a new card so it ended up being right around the amazon price...
