    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT "DaBarn"

You've pointed out a problem that I've had for a long, long time now. My garage is tragically infested with a couple herds of squirrels that distract me on the regular. I took apart an old drill press about a year and a half ago in order to restore like you. It currently sits in several bins...

Looking great Tony! I don't know if you've seen this before or not, but @11b30b4 has some awesome Craftsman Drill press rebuilds and a wealth of knowledge on the subject. Here's a link to one of his builds that is worth a look...

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT Colorado Suburbs 22' x 44' detached

I get it. Better safe than sorry, and now's the time to do it if you're going to want / need that down the road if the cost is negligible. When I wired mine, I was dealing with COVID pricing (gouging) and the thought of doubling up on wiring costs was a big deal. Mine is a 25 x 40 so pretty...

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT Colorado Suburbs 22' x 44' detached

Everything is looking great! All of your efforts are paying off. I do have a question however, what is the reasoning behind the alternated circuits on every other box? Are you going to have a big load on each wall that requires something like that? I'm assuming you're putting in 20 amp 120...

Tony, Things are looking great in DaBarn! I'm super excited to see your plate collection when you get the last 4. I was browsing images for my fantasy football team and saw this and immediately thought of you man... Ditka was such a badass!

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT 25 x 40 x 12 Pole Barn

I’m extremely happy with the quality and the efficiency of the guys from Yoder. I priced out and looked at Wick, Morton, QSI and the Barn Guys. For me, it came down to quality and value. QSI barns, Wick and Morton were the closest to the quality of Yoder, but I get that Yoder had better value...

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT 25 x 40 x 12 Pole Barn

I've begun to fill the barn while I replenish funds / wait out lumber prices to finish the interior walls. The squeeze is getting real with groceries, gas, lumber, taxes, employee wages, ad nauseam...... One of my hobbies is restoring and cooking on old cast iron. So I put an oven in the barn...

Sorry for the super long delay guys. Life has been a whirlwind. I'll attempt to provide a little insight on what's been happening... A week or so after concrete was poured The overhead door was installed. Then I finished the fence and gates using wood from the fence that was there before...

Damn jbrentd! Looking GREAT! I'm so jealous! Maybe I messed it but it looks like your floor has a gloss finish in the pics with the Bronco inside. What did you use? My floors look like **** right now from all of the calcium they had to put in the mix due to the cold temps. On another note...

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT Big D'rage: Not quite a build thread 20x40x12

I may have missed it, but how tall are your sidewalls? 12 feet? Our structures are similarly sized and I'm thinking about a MrCool unit as well. I've been on the fence between a 36K and a 24K unit. How does the 24K perform for you so far? Have you used it for heat yet? Does it meet your...

Thank you for the info! I'm planning something real similar just 6 x 25 feet With an 8 foot ceiling. Your mezzanine build is the closest to what I want that I've seen here. I really appreciate it!

Above 1200 Sq/FT Mountain State Shop Build

What a beautiful property! I know what you mean about can't wait. It becomes all encompassing and consumes your thoughts. Waiting on the snow to melt would be tough for me with the stage you're at in the build. Sounds like a good plan however to fill it up with new tools before it's even...

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT Big D'rage: Not quite a build thread 20x40x12

Very nice build! I'm planning something similar with the loft as well. I'm assuming 6x6 for the loft post with 2x12's for the ledger and floor joists on hangers with 3/4" osb for flooring? How far off the floor is your loft, or more appropriately, what is the ceiling height under the loft? :)
