Question about a 18 in flex head ratchet

Have any of those ever been used? Must have a money tree in full bloom in your backyard. I worked on heavy equipment for over 40 years with less than half of that collection. Could I have used 1 or 2 more sure but rasing a family and paying for a roof over their heads kind of limited that idea...

Snap On KR1000 What do you think?

I bought one of these new back in 87 or 88. Also the matching top. Still have them. Tough as nails. Deep too. I think it might have been the largest box at the time. Don’t remember for sure but I think I paid somewhere around $4900 bucks for both but now that I think about it I had a couple of...

What’s the use case for the new tekton 1/2” drive large impacts up to 50mm?

Trouble with the 3/4 and 1” battery platform impacts is weight. Sure they might be handy for one off jobs but I wouldn’t want one over an air unit for an undercarriage replacement. Too damn heavy. I’m wore out enough just using air tools for 40+ years. Not sure a battery gun has the balls for...

    Orange Loctite

When I was still working used blue or red on every single bolt on vibrating asphalt rollers. Otherwise they would beat themselves to pieces. Dipping Ratchets in Oil

So…..Let me as you this….Do you use grease in your rear end? Your transmission? Ratchets are gears no different than any other gears. Grease doesn’t flow like oil. I pulled wrenches professionally for most of my life (retired now) and I never greased my ratchets. Soaked in oil overnight several...
