Having two lifts side by side 4 post and 2 post

I know this thread is a couple of years old, but maybe you'll see a notification on this still. Can you tell me what your building depth is here? Your setup and use is exactly what I'm planning out. I want to be able to put a CCLB on the lift and still have room in front to work with my Epiq on...

    Modern 36wx43dp with attached house

You could host them all in one album and share the link, but that wouldn't give the narration with each picture. I don't think there is any other way to get all that back unless you edit each post and put the new link in where the old one was. Time consuming, but it would be awesome!

    Modern 36wx43dp with attached house

Came across your thread today based on a discussion in LCG's thread. From the little I can see and the comments from guys like LCG and LLWillysfan it has to be awesome. PLEASE fix the pictures!

    The Concrete Underground

What's the advantage of using Advantech over a normal plywood or OSB? I've seen it in the box stores, but haven't actually seen anyone use it. Their website touts that it is stronger, more water resistant, etc, but I wasn't sure how much backing that claim had. And x2 on the close-ups of the...

Above 1200 Sq/FT So I don't Have a Title but here we go

I'm also very curious about this. I see quite a few people install them, but haven't seen any comments on how this works as a sole source of heat, what temperature it maintains, how often it runs to maintain that temp, cost of running it, etc. And much respect on what you've accomplished alone...

    Lyle's 26x30 build

Any chance that you could take some outside shots facing towards your house? I'm curious what it looks like that from that angle. Facing the opposite corner of your first and second pictures in post #63. The style of the building reminds me of the house at the link below, which I've imagined as...

My diy 36x56 fab shop "pic heavy"

Great looking shop, I'm glad you kept with the updates. I thought we lost you there for a bit before the pad got poured. And for the record, I think the lights look just right. The overall cost you mentioned before, did that include concrete? Any idea what your concrete cost was per...

Milwaukee M18 CP vs XC batteries

I love my 18V Milwaukee tools. I have both styles of packs. My only complaint about the XC packs is that one of mine is separating at the joint None of my other XCs are doing that, so it could just be luck of the draw. Or one my knucklehead buddies could have dropped it off a ladder and no one...

Questions regarding conduit and ground rod with new sub-panel

I really like this idea, nice and clean. Too bad I've got a stone foundation on the house and the garage is all cinder block. Plus the grade is well below the floor in the garage where the service enters.

Questions regarding conduit and ground rod with new sub-panel

Wow, that really *****. I already bought 120' of #6. So, based on this can I still technically use #6 and a 60A breaker according to code? Thanks for the help guys.

Questions regarding conduit and ground rod with new sub-panel

Can you explain to me why? THWN is in the 75 degF column. Is there another section of the code that I missed that states you have to use 60 degF for this application?

Questions regarding conduit and ground rod with new sub-panel

Are you referring to aluminum? My book shows NEC 310.16 is #6 THWN copper is good to 65A and #4 THWN aluminum is good to 65A. I'm not an expert on this by any means, which is why I put this up here in the first place. Is there something I'm missing here? (I just noticed in my original post I...
