Im in East Bernard (20 miles from you). If you don't mind me asking, who are you using as a contractor? I plan on building a similar size shop (40x80x14 w/ a 20ft offset) and wanted to pick you brain a little. Whats the damage on a turnkey shop? Dirt work, concrete, erection, electricity...
