I have 4 cordless drills that are used 99.5% of the time. The rest is an old 1975 Craftsman Drill press for .4% and a corded 1/2" Skil hammer drill that is used .1%.
The problem is that when I need a corded drill, I NEED a corded drill.
I vote to keep at least one corded drill.
It also dpends upon your budget. I can't afford someone to build a Corvette shop on a used old pickup truck budget. I can build a two year old F250 garage on an old pickup budget if I do most of the work myself.

I second Cat6 wiring. We are having to replace SOME of our Cat5e due to some issues we are seeing on the longer runs. Future proofing is always good and I USUALLY recommend installing the latest and greatest.

Sounds like the OP only needs 9'. I'd inch it up as high as can be afforded right now not going over 10' based on your needs. It sounds like this is a true garage and not a workshop/car repair hobby area that "needs"/wants a lift or the extra height.
If you plan to be loading/unloading things into the truck while in the garage, you might want to go over 10'. Just depends upon what YOU need.
I agree with the 8' tall door!
Can you give us a better idea of your activities concerning the tall truck?
Do you really need 200 amp in the barn? What are you running in the barn that takes 200 amps? Not saying you're wrong, just curious.
If you actually need 200 amp, will the power company put a separate service in just for the barn?
