    Snap On Warranty

At the shop the welders use the big Stanley dead blow hammers daily for beating on SS weldments. I don't remember a single one coming apart which is pretty amazing considering how hard they are abused.

Can you get one ultrasonic cleaner for everything or need different styles?

He also wants to clean silencers. The mouth guard can be cleaned safely in the same tank with a separate glass jar double boiler setup.

Can you get one ultrasonic cleaner for everything or need different styles?

I would suggest a used industrial 5 gal. 40 kHz with a mechanical thermostat for the heat. Branson, Crest, Blackstone and L&R are good ones to look at. I've seen them run around $500 used and new they were $3K or so. Check out Ebay although shipping would fairly high I'm sure.

Wright Tools Disappointment (Transforms to Respect)

Local place was using a lot of trichlor for vapor degreasing, as many companies were back then. Rumor has it they got permission from the EPA to bury the used stuff. They cleaned the site up eight years ago and the total cost was over $6 million.

    VEVOR pass/fail

My only experience with Vevor is I bought their $250 ATV dump trailer last year and it's actually pretty damn good quality for the price. The lower tier Bosski trailers, which are very, very nice, are up to $1100 now. The Vevor dump trailer is a Huge Pass as far as I'm concerned.

Thoughts and advice on getting an air compressor

Myself, I have no idea why anyone wouldn't want a decent size compressor. I use mine several times a week for various tasks and it always stays full until needed. Power equipment Control Cable Lubrication?

If you don't want to spend $10 for a cable lubricator you can make a small funnel out of aluminum foil, zip tie it to the outside of the cable pour a little bit of oil in it.

Air Compressor for the Shop - New or Used, 40/60/80 Gallon?

I see a lot of 3 phase units selling fairly cheap on Marketplace probably because most people don't have 3 phase if you decide to consider used.

First sign of the G2 Icon ratchets ….

Those are good looking ratchets, if I didn't already have several Snap-On ratchets I would give one a shot just for the hell of it. I'm not really much of a ratchet snob like some others, will still grab a SK roundhead sometimes. Also have a couple Carlyle that I really like.
