If you can’t can’t get them to torque to spec something is wrong hilti makes epoxy anchor systems that SHOULD be good for your application do your own research as long as your concrete is up to spec

4 post lifts should have columns that are plumb when loaded and unloaded that’s why they supply shims not saying disaster will follow if not bolted down I say a lot rides on your floor and the extent of deviation of being plumb

I have no hesitancy using cheap ss hardware in non critical applications like mounting saddle bags blue loctite good idea on bike applications and gives a bit anti gall function

Been using needles for this for years unless your working on a lunar module get some fresh grease in there you good to go with no disassembly and chances are the new replacement will be junk compared to the poem part
