Rupes would be certainly the professional option with the newest mark3 bigfoot lhr15. If budget is an issue they still offer the mark 1 bigfoot lhr15 as a cheaper option ( though still a pro tool).

Its hard to beat Halfords for value for wrenches, extensions, sockets, any i have i am really happy with. I think Gearwrench/Apex make a lot of their stuff, its does look identical on some lines at least.

Suhner/Pferd air tools are still Swiss made, ATA tools are made here in Ireland and are of some the best die grinders around, BIAX are also mostly still made in Germany.

another shout for these, our guys use these in an industrial usage and find them the best at this price level (they are still using the Hitachi branded). These are much better than the regular Metabo budget grinder (W750 i think) that they also tried.
