    2" receiver mounted drillpress!

So I finished the table, it's a little big but it will go back and forth between this and my walker turner, that I still have to refurb. I kept the t track the same width as my beloved dp600 so the fences can be shared. I still have to rip the fence down and add a t track with flip stops but for...

    2" receiver mounted drillpress!

Putting receivers around the shop would be neat, pop in a tool you need and go to town. I have a tubing bender and a pedestal bender that have to be mounted to the shop floor to work, I just don't know where I want them for that kinda commitment but that may work for me.

    2" receiver mounted drillpress!

Didn't really find any photos when I thought up this idea so thought I'd share. I've always used the kreg hidden hinge boring tool when converting old cabinets on the job to hidden hinges, I hated the thing. For small jobs under 10 holes it's good, but I have to clamp both sides of the jig and...

Thinking about buying tire changing equipment. Nay or yay?

We are actually saving old tires as they make up the back stop of our shooting range at the cabin. I have also gave some to a buddy of mine who grades as they use them for track machines so they can cross the road with out damaging them.

Thinking about buying tire changing equipment. Nay or yay?

I didn't take it that way, just didn't understand what you were saying, but I get it now. I also wasn't trying to justify the cost other than mentioning that buying the machines instead of dropping the trucks off at the tire shop all said and done I'm in the whole $400. But I solicited the...

Thinking about buying tire changing equipment. Nay or yay?

I don't follow. I haven't saved any money at the moment. With the purchase of the machine I'm still in the hole $400.00 as stated in my original post. Except now I have a tire machine and balancer. I don't know any side hustle tire guys I have to go to the local shop or nothing.

Thinking about buying tire changing equipment. Nay or yay?

After carful consideration I chose to purchase Amazon Chinese machines, with the volume I use these they should last a decent amount of time. I'm not disappointed. After looking over the machines I was surprised by the quality china has produced. The welds look good compared to what I have...

Thinking about buying tire changing equipment. Nay or yay?

After carful consideration I have decided to take the plunge, I appreciate all the opinions. The reason I'm pulling the trigger is a couple of guys seem to be in a similar situation and they seem to use there's enough to justify the purchase. I have a two post lift and do a lot of the vehicle...

Yes, fortunately I have a 10000 sqft shop and utilize fully about 6000. So I got the room. I'm thinking I'm going to give it a go! If I don't use them enough I'll just sell them.
