    Let's see your toolbox.

It's the harbour freight. It's a great cart. My co worker bought a $800 snap on cart and asked me how much I paid for mine. When I told him I paid about $100 for it he wanted to return his cart. Lol

I have used all 3 brands. All 3 are great for home if that's where you'll be using them.

Wow I haven't updated this in a loooong time. Ya I loved my eagle talon/eclipse. Except it kept breaking down on me. I learned a lot of my mechanical skills from fixing it. I'm not too sure what's the length, but it fits an suv, car and a bike comfortably. Plus it had a nook at the end. I'm...

    Show your new tool arrivals

Got a few things this week. Snappy driver walks in and sees me struggling with a retainer clip. Tells me to try his and I was sold. Been wanting a new air drill for a while. Snappy guy gives me a deal I couldn't refuse. Maybe it's because it's purple? I bought an amp meter. Parasitic...

    Humble 2 car tandem garage

I rotated my xterra tires this weekend with the mastercraft air gun. The compressor starts at about 130 psi. After 3 lug nuts the compressor pressure drops to about 100psi and starts to recharge. But I can still remove the remaining 3 nuts while it's recharging. Takes less than a minute to...

So I finally got around to mounting the hose reel and playing around with the mac2400, but not without a big screw up on my part. As I was looking around for a wall stud to mount the reel I went right through a wire from my fuse box! Zap! Power went out. Could not reset the blown fuse...

Which air compressor would you get?

Just bought the mac2400 last Sunday. The good people at my local store spent an hour with me showing me the different compressors. Ended up coming home with the makita. I overlooked the small tank because of the fast recharge and quieter operation compared to the other similar compressors...

    Humble 2 car tandem garage

So today I went out to homedepot and picked out a mop and a mop bucket. Perfect size. Not too big and not tiny either. Maintaining a clean red floor is hard work, specially after a long gross winter. After Home Depot I went to KMS tools to check out the air compressors. Props to the staff at...

    Humble 2 car tandem garage

Haven't had the chance to pick up a compressor yet. I have to be really carefull on which compressor to choose because of the shared walls with my neighbours. I have storage space under my stairs. I was planning on putting the compressor in that space along with building a sound deadening box...

Thanks daviedavie! Woke up today with a pretty good hangover but I was determined to get the other cabinet up. Ran into a small problem. The cable/internet/phone plugs were too low to hide behind the cabinet. It would make the cabinet chin level to my face and I don't like that. So I had to...
