I bought my Craftsman compressor last year around Feb. and have gotten the surprise points every month without any issues. I thought it was a pretty sweet program!

Yes. Their site literally says "retail price between $40-$200". "Retail" on those wrenches is $39 no matter what everyone thinks they are worth. Had I gotten my shipment I would have just chalked it up to me gambling and loosing. I would never ask for a refund after receiving this "mystery box".

I love the drawer layout on the 41" cabinet. I recently picked up a mini white viper box at Sears for my reloading bench to have a few tools close by and love it!
