Slow progress this week, due to window shortage. But, this morning, the roofers showed up and yesterday, the stucco crew dropped off all their supplies.

The big question is still whether or not the City inspector will allow us to leave the Day Dream window in place. Obviously the City approved the plans and issued a permit, but he thinks it might have been an overlooked item. Thoughts, opinions??

Yeah, I would have liked a little bit higher ceiling, but I'm limited to a certain roof height by city code, 15ft. I think the 11ft will be fine though, I'm not building monster trucks, and certainly there are lifts for lower clearance ceilings. I'm also planning on having the garage door...

It's amazing how quick the framing goes, 3 days or so. The plumbing was finished up yesterday, roof work and electrical later in the week.

Nicely done. I wish I had worked hard on my car hobbies at an earlier age. I started at 16, but it quickly tappered off for school and early career stuff, didn't get back to it until 28 or 29 years old. -Jon
