Just south of Greenville SC off I85. Sitting in the garage right now and it is 60 degrees. Walls and ceiling insulated garage doors are not. Running a 45,000 btu propane heater on low.

Built a 2x4 Basic Workbench. I needed a quick fix for temp storage of a disassembled 2005 Kawasaki Concours. Bench is 30"x 8', 1/2' plywood top and bottom shelf, no middle shelf.

If it has been up since the 80s I would say it is ok. I have been in several in the Boothville /Venice area and they have weathered as many storms as Houma.

Get 2 and make a 6 foot folding work bench. Of course once I put it down it will start collecting stuff.

I have a 672 sq ft garage and I use a 30,000 btu heater and turn on a fan. Works great. Get the ceiling up and insulate.

Reclaimed some space. Bought a fitted cover for my lawn tractor and moved it outside to a leanto.
