Couple more pictures as we get moved in. You can see the garage off to the left of my black 58. I'm pretty sure it will have enough foundation to dig down for a concrete floor. The barn is where the 59 sleeps.

We got the place officially yesterday so now the fun begins! Will definitely be back with many more questions. It does look like I've got a good foot or so of footing to dig down on to put a floor in so that should work pretty well.

unfortunately it's not mine yet but we're certainly hoping. Still have to do the inspection/settlement but the offer's been accepted at least. :)

Yeah about 15 minutes from Waldorf. Lots of old farms with a lot of old barns but unfortunately a bunch of them are falling down due to neglect. There are two on the property and the exteriors need work but the structure is really solid.

have you got any examples utilizing brick exteriors? Are there any additional requirements for putting a lift in a post-frame garage? What about hoists? can the post frame building process handle these? Thanks! Alden
