I'll check them out, thanks for the tip. Any thoughts on just replacing the MH bulb with a corn cob style vs replacing the entire fixture with a high bay LED?
After aligning my car in the dark the other night I've decided it's probably time to replace these worn out metal halides. I have two 400W bulbs that I'd like to replace with a LED corn cob. I see varying prices, anywhere from the $50 Amazon special upwards. I plan on bypassing the ballast...
Wasn't happy with my surface finish so I grabbed the 2" face mill. Better, but not totally happy with it. Went a bit hard on the engraving through lol.
Anybody happen to know the real world differences between the X98 and X36? They look similar to me. Their website and sales email have been not very helpful. I'm replacing my Derek Weaver W-894XS.
I'm kinda torn on trays like that. I have a few of them, and it's nice to grab the rail while you're working on something. But I get annoyed when I have to take a socket on and off. But, at the same time...I guess it saves me a trip to the toolbox.
The entire "buy American made" makes me chuckle. I understand the sentiment, but but it's not the end all be all. I've bought many American made products with terrible QC. I've also had this conversation with numerous people while they were looking up SnapOn tools on their Chinese made iPhone :p
