    Russian garage rebuild project

Welcome! Ambitious building project. Look forward to seeing progress. It's been almost 20 years since I was in Moscow and flew down to Anapa on a TU-154. Great experience, but being from Texas I don't think I want to go there during the winter again.

    Air Compressor Help - again

The Craftsman looks brand new and you also get over a $100 worth of extras with it (filters and vibration dampers). If you can hear it run and build up pressure that would make be buy it if I hadn't just bought my Quincy. It will be easier to get parts and repair the Craftsman.

    Bug Proofing New Wood Shed

I've always hear this about antifreeze and I've owned several dogs and cats. Maybe I've been lucky and had smart animals, but I've never seen them drink it. They will walk up to it, sniff it and walk away.

    OSB and Studs

Are you talking about the seam top and bottom? If so most codes require fire blocks between the studs for walls over 8 ft. Add these at the right place and it gives you something to nail to.

    OSB and Studs

Interior wall or sheathing? You may get away with the h-clips used for roof decking but I would personally tie it to a stud or block if used for a wall. You can rip it to fit or add extra stud or nailer block to fasten it to.

    New from N. Texas

Haven't ever had any done but I've been looking lately. I used to do my own with an old TIP 99 but I'm afraid the neighbors that are building 7000 to 10000 sq. ft homes around me will complain. You might try atozsodablasting that does more that soda and will let you do it yourself might be...

    New from N. Texas

Hello from the DFW area. I keep running into this sight every time I do a search when I'm trying to get ideas so the logical thing to do is to join. I have been into cars since the 60's, my dad always had a shop. I built one after I moved to Dallas, but adopted some rug rats shortly after and...
