These aren't load bearing... right? right?

If that is meant to be permanent, then that is some crappy workmanship. Most likely just the form for the pour. But the pressure treated wall gives me pause. That seems to be built to stay.

    lift points 2000 f250 7.3

My 01 2500 Hd with an extended cab and 8ft box has a sweep up on the frame rail, the rear lift arms have to go on the spring hanger which brings the truck way forward. But it seems to lift balanced, even though i can open the door on the truck and completely miss the post because im so far forward.

    Another low water pressure post

What is your pressure and flow at the well house? What is your pressure and flow in your home? Your galvanized pipe may have rusted down to a smaller diameter.

I dont know where you guys live with these ******* neighbors but **** like this does not fly in my neck of the woods. Plans to install 2-post lift - Incorrect slab poured

The 3000 psi spec must be to hold the wedge anchors from uplift during an improper lift, because figuring roughly 3 sq ft of surface area for an average two post lift it would take 1,080,000 pounds to fail a 2500 psi slab.

I like snap on tools, but i dont drink the kool-aid that they are the best bla bla bla. They are way overpriced and i can break them just as easily as i can a craftsman. Which arent made here anymore either, Buy cornwell, problem solved.

Sometimes a tool company just gets a tool right and the rest of the industry tries to catch up. A few examples come to mind. The legendary Skill Model 77 worm drive, Milwaukees Magnum Holeshooter, Hitachis slide compound saws , Porter cables sanders and routers, The Bosch Jig saw is without a...

    Overspan?

You could easily turn the collar ties into the bottom chord of a truss , a vertical 2x4 nailed just off center to clear the ridge, two more going from the center of the bottom chord to the center span of your rafter, and two going from center span of your rafter back down to your bottom chord at...

    Using Hoist as a Winch

Should work fine, anything meant for overhead lifting is way over engineered for the safety factor. And x2 on rlitmans recommendation on anchoring to the floor. P.S. never do this the other way around as in using a winch as a hoist, ask me how i know!
