Does this help? I don't have any external speakers to plug in and see if the outputs are controlled by the TV. Specs don't even mention BT, yes or no.

Do not believe it does. Speakers are 8 ohm JBL AESS5 units(NLA), TV is Samsung UN32M4500BF(2024 model). Yes, there is A/C power available. That is same area that fiber (FINALLY!) enters and the router is located. That bluetooth amp looks promising, will have to check into that.
