Picked up five gallons of rec fuel today. Ran snow blower, generator, and the wife’s lawn mower that never gets used. Gives me confidence that they will start next use. Also ran a 1967 Pontiac 400 on a run stand. Been sitting for a year. Replaced leaking accelerator pump on a Holley carb.

Lawnmower maintenance day. Been a few years on the trans fluid, 4qts of 20/50 oil and a filter. Oil and filter, air filter, sharpened blades and grease. This retirement stuff is putting me ahead of schedule.

Finishing up on a screened in area behind barn. Bought the tv back on Black Friday. Put the retractable gate up for the dog. Still need lights and ceiling fan.

Put air bags on the truck. A lot of up and down. Doing a leak down test tonight.

We have four LTS POE cameras feeding a NVR. It has ran for ten years with no issues, then it did. Ordered another LTS NVR and up and running again. POE cameras are nice but a lot to understand compared to Ring and others.

Finished and installed screen slider. Needs a couple things but it’s up. Top of the door sealed pretty good. Screwed L flashing on top and rides in the track. Birds better be making new plans in the spring.

Have been working on closing in this pavilion area behind my barn.

Worked on the roller today. Did get the screen on. Should get it up tomorrow.

Rigid is out and Milwaukee is in, it was time.

Added another ring camera, basement sump pump. What a piece of mind while traveling. Pump is in a small closet, full dark. Will work just fine.

Purchased a couple ring cameras on Black Friday. Installed one in the barn today. I am impressed so far. Not sure if I’m getting into the monthly fees. Would be nice on vacation.

My wife drives a 16 Grand Cherokee. Been having issues with fobs and auto shutoff. Learned there is a secondary 200cca battery for accessories. Had no idea and bought the car new. I try having nothing to do with her car. Works out better for both of us.

Bought a couple garage door openers at Home Depot on Black Friday. Had someone install them today at $100 each. I don’t like messing with doors and openers. Have Bluetooth app (MyQ) for online features. Was time to replace the chain openers.

Took trans out today. Went smooth on a snowy day. Parts will be here tomorrow. Only changing front seal and pan gasket and filter. Will go deeper if leaks reoccurs.

Front trans seal took a ****. Was going to go wash it one more time before putting it away.

Still working on screens. Down to the slider. Picked up some of the hardware, still need a track.

I would remove them and go on with your framing.

Got a couple more screens made for the back of my barn. Need to work on a slider and screen door.

I have wanted a cupola for years. Not something I see for sale locally. Was going by this formula for size. Basic vinyl shutter style with a metal roof. Has anyone been through the process of adding a cupola to their building?

Headlight bulbs on a 16 Grand Cherokee. Not a fun job.
