    Would a fan blowing behind heater help or hurt?

    I put two old oscillating fans up high in the corners of the shop to move air around they tilt down. warm air is pulled from up high and down with out being drafty or cooled.

    look for the numbers that are stamped into the blower housing. model type and code, code number will give you year month and line numbers I can see in photo 3 say it was made November 1974

    1930's Craftman band saw

    I just finished turning the same saw into a metal cutting saw works ok for up to 1/4 in. I used a jack shaft and 1/3 hp motor. Got blades form Mcmaster and am happy with this set up works for my needs

    Build a workbench with a HF 44" tool cabinet?

    I made legs out doubled 2x4s with doubled 2x4 cross braces 4 sets top is 3 2x10x12. This made 3 bays under bench center bay has hf cabinet right bay has bolt bin with small drawers left bay open stool and jack stands. Top has 3/4 mdf overlayed and I have had a garden tractor on this with no problems

    I have a 2 kds one is spring loaded with a lock and one is no spring or lock . when I worked in small engine shops they were use all the time and I still use often
