    I have a couple pairs of visegrip knockoffs that don't work for ****, was thinking of welding up some pieces of flat stock to jaws of one pair to bend thin gauge metal. The other one is needle nose style, drawing a blank on what to do with those.. I hate to throw these away would like to turn...

    Outlaw-Looks like the one cover that's on it is a homemade job. It's going to need a bump or hole in the middle to clear the shaft and keeper nut. Guess I could just copy the cover that is on it when fabbing the new one, shouldn't be too difficult. The diameter is 7". I attached some more pictures

    i went to warranty a ratchet and they tried giving me a rebuilt one with somebody else initials engraved on it, I asked for a rebuild kit for mine instead and they refused. Will never buy another craftsman ratchet for as long as i live
