So I've been after a new place for awhile now, my single car cobbled together garage had been outgrown long ago.. Bought it off a local- about 28'x 48' in size , bathroom with shower, utility room for compressor and such, and a room with the furnace and water heater..needs some work in places...

To me 8 gauge is not enough to support 200a, and with the 100a and 60a outside is just kind of confusing too me,Also its something I'm thinking about buying, I have one more place to check out, there's really a shortage in decent buildings around here.. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

I recently found myself in this predicamwnt. Its a one car garage with some rafters that someone cobbled together, soo being how the rafters were so low I decided to just staple some insulation to the bottom side of the roof..worked great until I noticed a drip coming from the ceiling, turns out...
